By using crestwyn.com you agree to these terms. They cover use of this website only. Work with Crestwyn is governed by a separate signed agreement.

1. Information, not advice

Content on this site, including the descriptions of positioning patterns, the archetypes, and the examples, is general information about how expertise-driven firms present themselves. It is illustrative. It is not legal, tax, investment, regulatory, or compliance advice, and Crestwyn is not a law firm, an investment adviser, or a compliance consultant. If you work in a regulated field, you remain responsible for reviewing anything you publish with your own compliance and legal advisers.

2. No engagement from using the site

Visiting the site, booking a call, or emailing us does not create a client relationship. An engagement begins only when Crestwyn and you have both signed a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work. Until then, please do not send confidential information, and do not rely on anything discussed as a commitment.

3. Fees, payment and refunds

No fees are charged through this website. Fees, payment terms and any refund rights are set out in the Statement of Work and Master Services Agreement for each engagement.

4. Our content and marks

The text, methodology descriptions, graphics and design of this site belong to Crestwyn or its licensors. Crestwyn Whitespace™ and Crestwyn Tessera™ are marks used by Crestwyn. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link to the source page. Any other copying, republishing, or commercial use requires our written permission.

5. Links to other services

The site links to services we do not control, including Calendly, Substack and LinkedIn. Their content and practices are theirs, and their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

6. Use of the site

Please do not interfere with the site or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, and do not use it in a way that breaks the law.

7. No warranties; limits on liability

The site is provided as is. Crestwyn does not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that its content is complete or current. To the fullest extent the law allows, Crestwyn is not liable for losses arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
